Harry Edward Styles or Harry Styles as he's referred to to the pop world is a British singing and composing. Harry Styles belongs to the group One Direction. The child of Des Styles (father) and Anne Cox, Harry Styles was born February 1st, 1994 at Holmes Chapel. Harry Styles, a former pupil of Holmes Chapel Comprehensive Schools Holmes Chapel Comprehensive School, created a band named White Eskimo together with three of his fellow students. In 2009 they participated in the Battle of Bands where thanks to their impressive performances they won. Even though he had always had an interest in the music world however, despite his love for it, he wished to be a lawyer or an physiotherapist. Part-time work in a city bakery was his first occupation to make money for his family. Harry Styles performed Is not She Lovely (Stevie Wonder) at the auditions of 2010 for The X Factor. His band was forced to break up due to the fact that they were selected. Nicole Scherzinger, the jury participant of The X Factor suggested Harry Styles to join the band One Direction with Liam Payne Zayn Mlik Niall Horan Louis Tomlinson and Liam Payne. Simon Cowell sponsored five teenagers to join the group in 2010. In the contest, the group played songs, such as My Life Would Suck Without You by Kelly Clarkson and Total Eclipse of the Heart by Bonnie Tyler so the group became one of the candidates to be the winner. However, they finished third, a place behind Rebecca Ferguson. Harry Styles' group didn't win, but Cowell did pay $2 million for One Direction for them to make a deal with Syco.
